CHARLES MOORE ASSOCIATES
SPECIALTY
LISTS
DIRECT MAIL PROFESSIONALS

My father, Charles
Moore, started this business more than 35 years ago. He got his
introduction to the direct mail business while working as a list manager for
the legendary Ed Burnett. At the start of his career in Direct Mail, he
saw the value of technology and predicted that computers would become an
indispensable tool in the direct mail industry. At age 40 he went back to
school and studied computer programming for 3 years. He made it a point to
always use the best computers available at the time. A lot of things have
changed since then, but our company's commitment to the use of innovative
and advanced technologies and software remains our defining
characteristic.
However our use of
advanced technologies is only one of the reasons your company should utilize
our services in your upcoming advertising campaigns. Charles Moore
Associates offers quality lists at an affordable price, far below the Industry
average. In addition, all of our customer's orders are NCOA updated,
CASS certified, and DPV verified at the time their order is processed, a
feature that is currently unheard of in the direct mail industry.
All of this extra processing is provided free of charge. Most other data processors NCOA update, CASS,
and DPV verify their lists on a quarterly basis. This additional service, which
is provided at no extra charge, ensures that your mailings are 99% deliverable.
All of our lists are developed from reputable direct mail and Internet sources,
we do not use "modeled data"; our lists are also cleaned regularly to
remove obsolete names and addresses. They can be chosen by State, zip
code, SCF, recency, product, and many other selects.
We offer a level of service unequaled by any other company. You
will get the list you ordered, on time, just the way
you want it. You have my personal word on it.

Please
note that due to the very large size of the recently implemented national 'do
not call list', we are unable to offer merge/purged phone numbers for consumer lists. It is the responsibility of the mailer to
check telephone numbers to ensure that their
telephone numbers are in fact not on the “do not call” list.
